is looking for an experienced Business Development Senior Executive to drive growth in the Advisory Group channel and own onboarding for new Financial Advisers from application to their first weeks with the firm. The role blends business growth with people development, requiring strong relationship-building, process ownership, and a proactive, results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years’ experience in business development, recruitment or onboarding, preferably in financial services.
• Experience onboarding new FAs and understanding FA appointment/registration processes.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements for representatives is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with FAs, leaders and internal teams.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple onboarding cases independently.
• Experience creating systems, checklists or workflows for consistent onboarding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proactive, results-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Stakeholder coordination with hiring leads and internal teams to process new FA applications efficiently.
• Arrange training, systems checklists, and branding initiatives before new FAs join.
• Support smooth transition for new FAs from day one.
• Coordinate induction sessions and systems orientation for readiness.
• Run a structured onboarding journey so new FAs know what to expect.
• Identify and organise additional training to build skills and productivity.
• Maintain onboarding records, monitor progress, and share insights with management.
• Review and revamp recruitment and onboarding processes to remove friction.
