Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Team Lead for an established Bank. You will guide and mentor a team of specialists, supervise onboarding for high-net-worth clients, and lead periodic reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

8+ years of client due diligence/client onboarding experience in wealth management.
Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, AML/CFT frameworks, and best practices.
Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regional teams.

Responsibilities

Guide and mentor a team of junior specialists to maintain accuracy and drive efficiency.
Supervise client onboarding and manage workflows for high-net-worth accounts.
Lead periodic client reviews and evaluate wealth statement frameworks for compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remediate CDD discrepancies and streamline onboarding.
Participate in process optimization projects, system testing, and SOP updates.
