Job summary

HUATIONG CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a on-site Services Coordination professional to oversee and coordinate all services-related matters on a live construction site in Singapore. You will lead discussions with service providers and work with the project team, subcontractors and consultants to resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution of works.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has at least 3 years of local experience in services-related construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, recognised by the Commissioner of Building Control or IES.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant local experience in services-related construction works in Singapore.
• Good understanding of construction coordination, site operations, and services-related interfaces.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently on site and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Must be independent of any other role in the project.

Responsibilities

• Be stationed full-time on site to oversee and coordinate all services-related matters.
• Lead discussions and coordinate with relevant service providers to ensure smooth execution of services-related works.
• Assist the Contractor’s Representative in identifying and resolving services coordination issues during construction.
• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to address site issues.
• Monitor the progress of services-related works and ensure proper coordination with other construction activities.
• Identify potential clashes and interface issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Maintain proper coordination records and provide updates on outstanding issues and resolutions.
