Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to support the Manager with underground utilities coordination and site planning.

You will liaise with subcontractors, utility agencies, and the client to resolve discrepancies on utility plans and ensure safety and compliance on site. With a minimum of 5 years in the field, you will handle coordination with PUB and other agencies, ensure NCE readiness before excavation, and work closely with the Site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience coordinating with utility agencies on similar scale projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong teamwork and a keen desire to learn and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager on related underground utilities and services.
• Coordinate between subcontractor, Utilities agencies and Client to resolve discrepancies on utility plan.
• Experience dealing with utility agencies like PUB (Sewer, Water Supply, Network).
• Liaise with SWCs to resolve interfacing services clashes on site in a fair and professional manner.
• Ensure all NCE are in proper order prior to excavation works.
• Check and coordinate with Site Engineer to ensure no excavation without cable detection or valid NCE.
