Job summary

Stranger Soccer in Singapore invites outstanding referees to join as Official Hosts who greet players and ensure a positive game day experience while officiating matches. You will act as a brand ambassador, deliver fair play, and maintain sportsmanship from arrival to departure.

Applicants should have refereeing experience, be fluent in English, be eligible to work in Singapore and able to work on-site. A Class 3 referee license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience refereeing football matches, including officiating full-field or large-sided games.
• Fluency in English.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.
• Able to work on-site.
• Experience welcoming players and ensuring a positive player experience from arrival to departure.
• Experience handling player-facing situations, including explaining rules, calming disputes, and managing late arrivals or no-shows.
• A referee Class 3 license (including an expired license) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games, welcoming players and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish
• Officiating the games as an outstanding, experienced referee
