Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a QC Auditor to perform on-site quality checks across cluster operations. You will conduct daily independent audits on at least 50% of work and report defects to supervisors for remediation.

The role covers document and site verifications, tracking corrective and preventive actions, and representing the cluster in audits. Diploma in FM or engineering and relevant experience are required; ISO Internal Auditor certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.
• 2 years relevant experience in Facilities Management or Quality Management.
• No Experience but in relevant qualification are welcome.
• Candidates with ISO Internal Auditor Certification will be preferred.
• Candidates with Class 3 driving license will be at an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Station on site and carry out independent Quality Control Audit daily to all cluster’s operation on at least 50% of work done.
• Perform random sampled by ITeFM; The audit shall include both document and site check.
• Perform QC checks on Cleaning and Horti services for respective clusters/camps, and report defects to SP supervisor & TOs to follow up.
• Prepare and submit Audit Report to QA auditors.
• Track and follow up on closure of Correction Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) as recommended in the audit reports.
• Represent the respective cluster in Authority Audit or other audits.
• Report directly to QA auditor on QC report and audit matters.
• Carry out any other instructions by superior.
