Job summary

Johnson Controls (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an on-site Project Leader to plan, execute, and complete BMS projects in Singapore. You will delegate tasks, coordinate with customers, and manage subcontractors to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule.

You will define scope and milestones, oversee schedules, assess risks, monitor quality, and ensure QA/QC standards. Regularly report progress and collaborate with Sales on tender bids. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 year relevant working experience in BMS project.
• Excel, Word and Project essential.
• Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
• Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects.
• Delegate tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects.
• Coordinate communication with customer during all phases of the project.
• Coordinate the work of sub-contractors and manage subcontractors' activities.
• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend resolutions.
• Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies and specifications.
• Oversee procurement and scheduling of materials and deliveries.
• Train customer and provide first-year maintenance schedule visits.
• Handover project to customer and transfer to service team.
