Job summary

Johnson Controls Singapore is seeking an on-site Project Engineer to lead and deliver assigned projects. You will coordinate client interactions, supervise subcontractors, and manage schedules, budgets and quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BMS systems.
• Must interact with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Willing to work odd hours as required to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Oversee on-site project execution and subcontractors.
• Coordinate communications with customers across all project phases.
• Track progress, ensure QA/QC compliance and safety.
• Support tendering and coordination with Sales for bids.
• Hand over completed projects to customers and service teams.
