Job summary

You will be the primary on-site contact, coordinating schedules, supporting staff, and maintaining a positive experience for clients and vendors. The role requires attention to compliance, safety standards, and accurate record-keeping. You will help onboard new staff and ensure the site is organized, clean, and properly equipped

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff or volunteers.
• Familiarity with compliance, safety, or regulatory requirements.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Customer service or community-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations and ensure activities align with organizational goals
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for staff, clients, vendors, and partners
• Schedule and supervise staff, volunteers, or contractors as needed
• Monitor site compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records, reports, attendance logs, and documentation
• Support program implementation and troubleshoot operational issues
• Communicate regularly with management regarding site needs, challenges, and progress
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
• Ensure the site is clean, organized, and properly equipped
