Euro Staffs in Bedok, Singapore is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and optimize the company’s manufacturing operations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on planning, capacity, quality, and efficiency within a dynamic industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing operations, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvements across functions.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operation.
• Proficient in manufacturing processes, inventory/material control, quality management, and workflow management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with senior management and cross functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead production operations to achieve productivity, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery goals.
• Develop and implement manufacturing and production plans meeting customer needs and orders.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material supply and address constraints.
• Develop and improve operating procedures, production control, and workflow for efficiency.
• Continuously improve processes to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management on capacity planning and future resource needs.
