Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an on-site M&E Coordinator to support project delivery in Singapore. You will prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval, and actively control M&E works on site to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.

You will resolve on-site issues with regards to M&E services, manage subcontractors' progress, liaise with authorities for the commissioning of works, and ensure timely communications across the project team.

Qualifications

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• To control and coordinate M&E Works on site
• To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
• To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
• To liaise with authorities for the commission of work
