Job summary

RISING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Ang Mo Kio, SG is seeking an Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site role. You will meet clients to understand renovation needs, create design concepts, space plans and renderings.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers, prepare quotations and materials, conduct site measurements, monitor progress and ensure work follows the approved design. This role offers strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Experience in interior design/renovation preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape or similar.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Willing to learn and be responsible.
• Knowledge of renovation materials and construction processes is a plus.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand renovation needs, preferences and budget.
• Prepare interior design concepts, space planning and layout drawings.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D drawings and design presentations.
• Prepare renovation quotations and material selections.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Conduct site measurements and site inspections.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to the approved design.
• Handle project follow-up from design stage to completion.
• Any other duties related to interior design and renovation projects.
