Job summary

CHARLOTTE'S CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a full‑time Interior Designer to manage end-to-end interior design projects at our Ang Mo Kio office. You will handle client inquiries, develop space planning concepts, and prepare renovation proposals with costing and 3D renderings.

The role requires strong presentation and negotiation skills, the ability to read floorplans, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced environment. Commission-based earnings offered based on project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in high interior design conceptualizations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant, self-motivated with a creative flair for interior design.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Able to read floorplans and furniture drawings.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries on interior design services.
• Formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualization.
• Provide consultation on renovation work and costing, prepare proposals and quotations.
• Prepare 3D renderings, presentations, mood boards and material boards.
• Oversee and coordinate renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with multiple parties involved in the project.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all design outputs meet project standards and client expectations.
