Job summary

AD INTERIOR STUDIO PTE. LTD. invites an Executive Design Consultant for a full-time, on-site position in Woodlands, SG. You will manage projects from start to finish with a focus on detail, creativity, and professionalism.

You will liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors, develop creative design solutions, and produce construction and as-built drawings while ensuring timely delivery. Basic training provided to adapt to our workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of interior design experience.
• Site coordination and client liaison experience preferred.
• Proficiency with design software (Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or 3D Max).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design to completion with attention to detail.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors; attend site meetings.
• Develop design solutions, space planning, and construction drawings.
• Prepare submission documents and conduct site audits for quality control.
• Provide design consultation and product knowledge to clients.

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We are looking for a skilled and independent interior designer to join our team. You will be expected to manage projects from start to finish with strong attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism.

Job Scope Includes:

• Project & Client Management
  • Handle projects independently from design to completion
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Attend site meetings and supervise on-site works
  • Coordinate timelines to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
• Design Responsibilities
  • Develop creative and well-thought-out design solutions
  • Responsible for space planning, layout design, and conceptual development
  • Propose materials and color schemes; prepare sample boards
  • Create construction drawings, as-built drawings, and manage submission documents
  • Conduct site visits, audit checks, and ensure quality control throughout the process
• Software & Technical Skills
  • Proficient in at least two of the following: Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of 3D Max is a strong advantage
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Provide design consultation and product knowledge to clients
• Requirements & Training
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant interior design experience
