Job summary

LINKZ SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot at customer sites—solving real mechanical and electrical problems on mission-critical tools.

You will install and startup equipment on-site, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with on-site teams to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in engineering or related with at least 1 year hands-on experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and manuals.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Flexible for swing shifts and on-call rotations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and start up equipment on-site at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve equipment issues under warranty/service contracts.
• Diagnose faults, repair or replace components, and implement engineering updates.
• Run process qualification checks and maintain service documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships on-site.
