DESIGNATION : On-site Exhibition Manager/Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee day-to-day exhibition operations (ticketing, MD shop, opening/closing, daily reconciliation checks)

  • Build and run rosters; hire/train/coaching for onsite staff (cover when short)

  • Handle school/corporate group bookings and customer enquiries; collect onsite feedback and report improvements

  • Liaise with building management/authorities; ensure safety, security, compliance; incident reporting

  • Conduct equipment/facility checks and maintenance; handle server/projector issues under internal SOPs

  • Coordinate vendors/logistics (deliveries/installs); manage quality and SLAs

  • Month-end sales/expense reporting; monthly roster updates; payroll inputs; weekly stock checks

  • Maintain exhibition manuals/checklists and improve operating procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's in Event/Hospitality/related, or equivalent experience

  • Preferred background in exhibition/event/museum/attraction operations

  • Able to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment; hands-on problem solver

  • Strong internal/external communication; English fluency (Chinese preferred)

  • Roster-based opening/closing; schedule can be adjusted for events

We are looking for someone who can maintain service energy on the floor and lead the team with a friendly and inclusive leadership style.
