Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) seeks an Engineer, On-site to ensure safe, reliable performance of on-site units. You will assist the on-site manager in planning shutdown maintenance, respond to supply interruptions to minimize downtime, and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

You may contribute to technical reviews and commissioning in new projects, and help deploy IMS and initiatives sponsored by IM-ROC or IM-WBL.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering is preferred.
Experience in continuous plant maintenance and operations.
Experience in working and troubleshooting E&I in plant operations such as sensors and transmitters, control valves and actuators, analyzers, PLC, power distribution for LV panels, calibration of transmitters and analyzers, loop checking for across sensors and control.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and neighboring countries when required to support maintenance activities.
Possession of class 3 license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide effective and efficient maintenance services for on-site plants.
Ensure maintenance activities align with project schedule, budget and customer requirements.
Manage maintenance and operation procedures; adhere to local regulatory and corporate safety and standards.
Review IMS compliance and implement improvements.
Support on-site manager with reliability reporting and incident explanations to customers.
Propose ideas to generate SMART savings without compromising safety and reliability.
Perform root cause analysis (8D) for incidents.
