Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-commerce executive to manage day-to-day online marketplace operations and drive promotional campaigns. You will coordinate with platform managers, handle product uploads and inventory, and contribute to marketing activities across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.

You will support livestreams, prepare KPI reports, and stay ahead of marketplace trends to improve the online shopping experience. This is a 6-month maternity cover based in Boon Lay, Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce management or related field.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and TikTok platforms.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce and online marketplace operations.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business marketplaces.
• Upload new arrival product listings and resize images to platform specs.
• Liaise with platform account managers for brand exposure opportunities.
• Make stock adjustments and coordinate with teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor competitors and provide insights to improve performance.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support via live chat.
• Plan and execute e-commerce activities on marketplaces.
• Support promotional campaigns on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and others.
• Align campaign calendars and monitor performance with data insights.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate livestreams outside regular hours and during peak periods.
