Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations of online marketplaces, coordinate product listings, and support promotions on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok. You will work with marketing and merchandising teams to execute campaigns and monitor KPIs.

You will analyse performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide insights for improvements, including after-hours livestream support during campaigns when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and TikTok platforms.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with WooCommerce will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and monitor daily operations of e-commerce business marketplaces.
• Upload new arrival product listings and resize images to platform requirements.
• Liaise with account managers across platforms for brand exposure.
• Adjust stock and coordinate with teams to ensure inventory accuracy and minimise overselling.
• Monitor competitors and provide insights to improve performance.
• Provide after-hours support for customer enquiries via live chat.
