Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a cybersecurity engineer to implement, configure and support security solutions in customer environments on-site in Singapore. You will handle installations, upgrades, break-fix activities, and collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cybersecurity technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with major firewalls and SIEM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-facing communication and presentation of technical info.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions within customer environments.
• Installation, integration, upgrades, and break-fix for security platforms and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve low-to-medium complexity technical issues during project delivery and operational support.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers, vendors, or technology specialists when required.
• Assist with system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer during operational handover.
• Support security monitoring, vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Maintain project administration activities such as time tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.
