Job summary

Datumstruct is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead planning and implementation of construction projects in Singapore, coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure timely progress.

You will manage project teams, control quality and risks, and ensure compliance with contractual and safety requirements, with an emphasis on documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in relevant engineering or building discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project coordination/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement construction projects on-site to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure progress aligns with project timelines.
• Lead, manage, and train project members and staff to enhance team performance.
• Develop and execute quality control plans and risk management strategies.
• Apply Project Management System and processes to ensure consistent project execution.
• Collect and analyze data on work progress to assess adequacy and effectiveness.
• Identify project risks and critical paths, developing mitigation and backup plans
