RIGHT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

You will coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants and subcontractors, monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery. Candidates should hold a civil engineering degree and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of project management software is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities.
• Review and interpret engineering plans and designs.
