Job summary

Sing Tec Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site engineer to oversee on-site technical and drafting matters, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to provide effective resolutions and attend progress meetings.

Additionally, you will assist the Project Manager with monthly progress claims and reports, while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental practices are maintained at all times on site.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters and drafting matters.
• Ensure works meet company quality standards & contractual requirements.
• Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule; prepare work plan, schedule, preparation all the related work procedure/method statement, job safety analysis, technical clarification.
• To co-ordinate with the client, consultant, sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation. Include attending all progress meeting.
• Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• Ensuring supervisors, foremen, workers and sub-con meets client & regulatory work requirements. 7 Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
