Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (C&S) to supervise construction activities and coordinate site work. You will ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance while liaising with stakeholders.

The role requires a civil engineering background, English proficiency, and at least 2 years of experience in civil/construction projects. LTA-experience is a plus and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent required.
• English language required.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Skills: conduct inspection, coordination, supervision, report submission, civil & structural.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction activities and ensures works are carried out according to schedule.
• Coordinate on-site works and liaise with relevant parties.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.
• Ensure safety rules are observed on site.
• Ensure construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship on site.
• Perform tests to check material quality and compliance.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Read and interpret drawings and project details.
