Job summary

Eddyfi Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Service Center Technician to ensure the service center can deliver technical services for Eddyfi instrument lines, focusing on calibration and repair. You will provide day-to-day technical support, follow up on service activities, and ensure the center has the tools and resources to meet customer expectations.

Based in the Singapore office, you will travel as needed, collaborate with R&D, and build strong customer relationships while maintaining

Qualifications

• Diploma in electronics or instrumentation is required.
• Minimum five years of after-sales service experience on electronic products.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote safe use of tools and test environments.
• Perform calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and quality inspection of Eddyfi instruments.
• Support laboratory setup and maintain precision tools and measuring devices.
• Analyze electrical schematics, diagnose faulty components, and collaborate with R&D to implement solutions.
• Carry out on-site calibration and repair services while building strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate service records and intervention traceability, ensuring QA standards.
