Job summary

KEENFINITY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to diagnose and repair devices and ensure test equipment operates at peak performance. You will support Authorized Service Centres across APAC, review repair jobs, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment, hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair faulty devices or systems.
• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical malfunctions.
• Replace or repair defective components and parts.
• Support and oversee repair activities by reviewing, guiding, and processing repair jobs from all Authorized Service Centres.
• Ensure proper operation and calibration of all test equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret product service manuals, service bulletins, schematics, and diagrams.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate repair status, technical findings, and recommendations to supervisors or customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools and equipment.
