Job summary

Eddyfi Technologies in Singapore seeks a Service Center Technician to ensure service capability, support calibration and repair activities, and deliver high-quality technical support. The role is based in our Singapore office with opportunities for domestic and international travel to support customers.

The successful candidate will have a diploma in electronics or instrumentation, at least five years of after-sales service experience on electronic products, and strong English communication

Qualifications

• Diploma in electronics or measurements – instrumentation.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in after-sales service on electronic products.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote safe use of tools and test environments.
• Perform annual calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and quality inspection of Eddyfi instruments according to international standards.
• Support laboratory setup and expansion by contributing to new operational activities and maintaining precision tools.
• Analyze electrical schematics, diagnose faulty components, and collaborate with R&D for solutions or workarounds.
• Carry out on-site calibration and repair services while building customer relationships and providing responsive technical support.
• Maintain accurate service records and traceability, ensuring production and quality standards are met.
• Act as a technical contact for customer service needs and coordinate local spare parts inventory.
