Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to join our Singapore team in a full-time, on-site role supporting secure client environments, including MINDEF facilities. You will design and deploy full-stack AI agents, write production-grade code, and manage Day 2 operations on Azure.

You will collaborate with customer teams, maintain GitHub pipelines, ensure security monitoring, backups, and cost reporting while balancing delivery speed and resilience in a highly secure government

Qualifications

Position Summary

Concentrix is seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to join our team in Singapore in a full-time, on-site role supporting secure client environments, including MINDEF facilities as required. In this hands-on, forward-deployed engineering role, you will partner closely with the customer to build, deploy, and operate agentic AI solutions from prototype through stable production.

You will design full-stack systems and AI agents, write production-grade code, support Day 2 operations across the Azure platform, and help keep mission-critical solutions healthy, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack systems and AI agents, writing production-grade code that moves solutions from prototype to stable production.


• Partner closely with customer teams to understand needs, scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers early, and support successful adoption.


• Own technical delivery across deployments, making sound trade-offs between scope, speed, quality, and operational stability.


• Convert successful delivery patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and technical building blocks.


• Share field feedback to help improve model, platform, and product performance.


• Maintain Azure platform services and virtual machines, including the GitHub server.


• Perform and verify GitHub server backups, using SRE agents to automate uptime checks and backup processes where possible.


• Operate and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines, validating pipeline performance and reliability after upgrades.


• Manage Azure Container Apps and support Azure Container Registry cleanup and maintenance.


• Update and maintain frameworks for Azure App Services and Function Apps.


• Pipe logs to Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel, triage and close alerts, and support security monitoring activities.


• Monitor application performance through dashboards, partnering with developers to pipe crash logs and build meaningful operational visibility.


• Review RBAC access for personnel and maintain least-privilege access aligned to IAM and cloud security best practices.


• Produce cost reporting for the customer and monitor support tickets, service requests, and issues through to resolution.


• Support periodic customer-provided performance feedback by consistently meeting quality, delivery, and professionalism standards throughout the engagement.


• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.


• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

• Production-grade software development proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or comparable technology stacks, with the ability to contribute directly in code.


• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs, agentic AI, or generative AI models.


• Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.


• Customer-facing technical delivery experience, with the ability to communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.


• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining Microsoft Azure platforms in production, including Virtual Machines, App Services, and Function Apps.


• Experience with Azure Container Apps and Azure Container Registry.


• Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience, particularly with GitHub Actions pipelines.


• Experience with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel for logging, monitoring, and security alert handling.


• Working knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and cloud security best practices.


• Experience supporting Day 2 / run-and-maintain operations, including patching, backups, incident handling, and ticket management, with an SRE mindset.


• Sound judgement under pressure and the ability to balance delivery speed, quality, security, and operational resilience.


• Singapore Citizen who is eligible to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance and willing to undergo the required MINDEF vetting process.


• Willingness to work on-site at client premises in Singapore, including secured MINDEF facilities, as required.


• Preferred: Experience with agentic AI solutions and using SRE agents to automate operational tasks.


• Preferred: Prior experience working within secured or classified government environments.
