Qualifications

• Fresh/Entry Level welcome.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Familiar with current social media trends.
• Organized and task-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage structured content calendars.
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Eurostaffs, and YouTube.
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers.
• Video hosting: appear on camera.
• Present educational, product, or promotional content.
• Participate in weekend shoots (off-in-lieu provided).
• Campaign collaboration with marketing team.
• Brainstorming and creative planning.
• Execute tasks reliably and on schedule.
