Feel Fresh PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a creative Content & Social Media Executive to grow the brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.

You will plan, film and edit engaging content while leading content interns and supporting livestreams. This hands-on role focuses on content calendar planning, trend-driven ideas, and collaborations with creators to deliver compelling campaigns for product launches and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
• Comfortable with filming and editing short-form videos.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends.
• Creative, organised and able to work independently.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content work will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
• Develop content ideas based on trends, customer pain points and product benefits.
• Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and advertisements.
• Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions and video concepts.
• Create content for product launches, promotions and e-commerce campaigns.
• Coordinate with creators, customers and internal team members for UGC-style content.
• Monitor content performance and improve future videos based on results.
• Manage and guide content interns, including assigning shoots and reviewing their work.
• Support TikTok Shop and marketplace livestreams, including preparation and coordination.
• Keep up with social media trends and identify new creative opportunities for the brand.
