Job summary

Innovuex Pte Ltd is looking for a creative Marketing Executive / Content Host to join our team in Singapore. You will create engaging social media content, support marketing campaigns, and help strengthen our brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and Facebook.

You will appear on camera for short-form videos, host company shoots, shoot photos, and edit videos using CapCut, Canva, or other tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant content creation or social media experience.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Basic photography, videography, and video-editing skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe applications, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Responsible, proactive, organised, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and Facebook
• Develop creative content ideas that increase brand awareness, engagement, and enquiries
• Appear on camera for short-form videos, promotional content, interviews, and social media campaigns
• Act as a host/presenter for company videos, promotional shoots, events, and live-streaming sessions when required
• Shoot and produce photos and short-form video content for social media
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or other video-editing software
• Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and basic video scripts
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activities
• Monitor social media trends and identify suitable trending topics, formats, music, and content ideas
• Track social media and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
