Job summary

AEM Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Technician to ensure smooth operation, maintenance and reliability of all company facilities and equipment in Singapore. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to support a safe, efficient work environment.

The role requires a NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, and strong Excel, communication, and coordination

Qualifications

NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Diagnose and resolve equipment and facility issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
Coordinate with vendors or service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Maintain and repair facility fixtures and infrastructure such as lighting, doors, and ceilings.
Maintain maintenance logs, update reports, and ensure safety compliance.
Assist in emergency responses and safety drills to ensure readiness.
