Job summary

Mediacorp Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager, Commercial Solutions to own the development of client-centric, go-to-market solutions. You will collaborate across Sales, Content and Solutioning teams to translate briefs into compelling, measurable campaigns that leverage Mediacorp's IPs and platforms.

You'll think beyond briefs, drive timelines, craft winning pitches and pricing strategies, and influence stakeholders to deliver value for clients while meeting commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in go-to-market solutions and solution selling.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work across functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned RFQs and proposals from brief through to submission.
• Understand and challenge the client brief, translating it into a solution.
• Proactively drive timelines and follow-ups across stakeholders.
• Develop cross-functional, commercially viable solutions leveraging Mediacorp IPs.
• Create compelling pitch narratives and sales decks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Digital, and other Solutioning teams.
• Develop marketing and media plans for IPs and partnerships.
• Support measurement and post-campaign reviews.
