Qualifications

• Experience in oil trading operations or shipping logistics.
• Strong understanding of international oil trading.
• Familiar with operational and financial procedures.
• Excellent multitasking and priority management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations commence only with a signed contract and terms reviewed.
• Manage letters of credit, invoicing, and financial securities.
• Nominate vessels, issue instructions, appoint inspectors, manage invoicing and storage.
• Coordinate vessel clearance with terminals and review shipping docs.
• Handle insurance issues and coordinate claims documentation.
• Input deal details accurately into internal systems for reporting.
