Job summary

Sinochem International Oil (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Oil Trading Operations professional in Singapore. The role provides hands‑on exposure to international oil trading, requiring frequent coordination with HQ in China and clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in oil trading, international trade, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily trading and operational activities.
• Coordinate with HQ in China, customers, suppliers and partners.
• Prepare, check and file trading and operational documents.
• Follow up on shipment schedules and cargo movements.
• Maintain trading records, databases, and reports.
• Coordinate with Trading, Finance, Shipping, and Risk teams.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders by email/phone.
• Conduct basic market and industry research when required.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
