TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Trade Data Administrator to manage trade data, verify transactions and coordinate with traders and internal teams on confirmations and payments.

You will monitor AR/AP, prepare payments reports and support audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of working experience in Oil & Gas, with exposure to trading, risk management, accounting or finance.
• Degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of international commodity trading, Incoterms and trade finance.
• Knowledge of LC processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn about international commodity trading.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update accurate trade data in the system (quantities, dates, prices, etc.).
• Verify and actualise trade transactions using shipping documents.
• Coordinate with traders, customers and internal teams on price confirmations and payment arrangements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable for timely settlements.
• Prepare and review reports on outstanding payments, aged charges and open positions.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify discrepancies and support process improvements.
• Provide general trade administrative and accounting support as assigned.
