Achieve Group is seeking a Trading Operator to manage the operational execution of physical oil cargoes, working closely with traders and internal teams to ensure smooth execution from deal confirmation through to final delivery.

The role requires a degree in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years of oil & gas trading operations experience, with hands-on cargo operations and strong knowledge of shipping and trade-finance documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline required.
• At least 5 years in oil & gas trading operations.
• Hands-on experience with physical oil cargo operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and trade-finance documentation.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage cargo operations from deal recap through loading, voyage execution and discharge.
• Prepare and manage contracts, Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading and other shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with agents, insurers, terminals, counterparties and internal teams.
• Monitor laytime and manage demurrage matters.
• Maintain accurate operational information in the trading system.
• Resolve operational issues and support back-to-back trades.
