Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU offers an internship inside the Energy Plant Unit in Singapore, focusing on structural design and analysis for offshore energy facilities. You will work with the structural team on calculations, drawings, and fabrication support while gaining exposure to FPSO topsides projects.

The role provides hands‑on experience from concept to execution and may involve learning SACS and FEMAP for analysis and weight management across multiple discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Basic understanding of structural principles, steel structures and drawings.
• Interest in offshore energy projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing structural drawings, material take-offs, drafting updates, and basic calculation packages under supervision.
• Support development and review of design criteria, analysis reports, calculation packages, steel or concrete details, and fabrication support documents.
• Participate in FPSO 3D model reviews and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
