Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Site & Commissioning Senior Engineer (Singapore) responsible for leading testing, commissioning, and startup activities for onshore and offshore facilities. You will develop commissioning plans, coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors, and ensure HSE standards are met.

The role requires a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of commissioning experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment and offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of commissioning experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment.
• Experience in Offshore Oil & Gas and FPSO projects.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• Willing to travel offshore and support facility startup activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, commissioning, and startup activities for onshore and offshore facilities.
• Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors during commissioning and startup.
• Support training, operational readiness, and handover activities.
• Attend commissioning progress meetings and manage project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a safe working environment.
