The candidate must be prepared to travel at short notice to meet project deadlines and facilitate efficient operations.

- Clearly define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client and company goals.
- Identify and mobilize necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and monitoring of funds.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare Offshore assets to meet operational and contract-ready conditions such as rig pre-mobilisation preparation, delivery documents, liasing and managing 3rd party service providers as required by Owner or Operator, mobilisation and compliance to Operator's contract
- Identify potential risks related to offshore operations, such as environmental hazards or equipment failures.
- Develop and implement plans to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring favorable terms.
- Oversee the performance of vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Able to travel at short notice to attend meetings, and for work as required to complete work assignments, tender / project deadlines.
- Must be a strong relationship builder and communicator (oral and written)
- Assist with all projects including major modifications, upgrades, repair, class, Flag & regulation requirements of the rigs/vessels/platforms
