Job summary

HME TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a cleaner to perform routine cleaning tasks across the company premises in Singapore. The role involves sweeping, mopping, dusting, restrooms, and keeping areas tidy and well-maintained.

The successful candidate will manage cleaning supplies, restock as needed, and report any damages or repairs. Open to retirees and candidates with minimal formal education are invited to apply, with a 5-day work week and medical benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cleaner.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Have a good level of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Open to retirees.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal and restroom washing and cleaning.
• Cleaning of company compound.
• Ensure items are well stocked with supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Ensure all areas are clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request to purchase when stock is low.
• Wipe table tops, shelves and partitions of assigned areas.
• Empty waste bins.
• Notifying of any necessary repairs/ damages i.e. light, pipe, tap etc.
