Job summary

KOH CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain cleanliness across office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and common areas.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing toilets, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. Flexible to start immediately with a 5-day work week from 7am to 4pm.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning duties.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Good attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
• Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry and common areas.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors regularly.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, including toilet bowls, wash basins, mirrors and other fixtures.
• Replenish toilet supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste at the designated disposal area.
• Clean tables, chairs, cabinets, doors, windows and other office furniture or surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, including washing and cleaning common pantry areas when required.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored after use.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the person-in-charge when replenishment is required.
• Carry out periodic cleaning such as window/glass cleaning and other general housekeeping duties.
• Report any damaged facilities, equipment or maintenance issues to the person-in-charge.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene and company procedures at all times.
• Perform any other cleaning or housekeeping duties assigned by the Management or Supervisor.
