Job summary

SCAN - BILT PTE LTD is seeking a diligent cleaner to maintain a clean and welcoming office environment at mTower, Singapore. You will perform general housekeeping, clean meeting rooms, tidy pantries, and ensure consumables are stocked.

Ideal candidates can work independently, manage time effectively, are physically fit for light lifting, and communicate in English and Chinese. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM–5:15 PM, with convenient access to the Labrador Park MRT.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in office or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit and able to perform light lifting.
• Reliable, punctual and presentable.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping — vacuuming, mopping, wiping of desks and surfaces, and garbage removal.
• Cleaning and clearing of meeting rooms after use.
• Washing of visitor cups and pantry upkeep.
• Replenishing consumables including hand soap, paper towels and cleaning supplies.
• Cleaning of air-con diffusers and vents.
• Provision and maintenance of toilet fragrances.
• Furniture shifting for events (tables and chairs).
• Supporting quarterly carpet cleaning sessions.
