Job summary

AFS APEX FACILITIES SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner (8 hours) to work at multiple sites across Singapore.

You will sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe surfaces, and help maintain clean, safe common areas. This role offers 8-hour shifts, a PWM-based salary of 2,080 to 3,000 SGD per month, and a 600 SGD joining bonus with vouchers on confirmation. Training will be provided and CPF contributions follow Singapore regulations.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Long-term commitment preferred.
• PSLE holders welcome.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and wipe down floors, surfaces and fixtures.
• Dispose of rubbish, empty and clean waste bins.
• Clean and sanitize tables and common areas.
• Remove stains, spills and grease.
• Maintain tidiness of walkways and public areas.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.

Full-Time Cleaner (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanities tables and common areas

• Remove stains, spills and grease

• Maintain tidiness of walkways and public areas

• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day

Available Schedule

• 5-day, 5.5-day, 6-day weekly & 5/6/5/6 rotation roster

Work Locations

• Various sites across Singapore, including condominiums, foodcourt, compound and more

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $2,080 - $3,000 per month, in accordance with Cleaning Progressive Wage Model (PWM) guidelines for the relevant year.

• S$600 Joining Bonus and Voucher after confirmation

• CPF contributions in accordance with Singapore regulations
