The Executive Centre SGP Pte. Limited is hiring a bartender/bar assistant to work in an office-based bar environment in Singapore. You will prepare and serve beverages, interact with clients, and ensure a seamless hospitality experience within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending or bar assistant experience.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and other beverages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Friendly, outgoing and customer-oriented personality.
• Office-based bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend drinks and menu items based on customer preferences.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as required.
• Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock reconciliation.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
