A local education service provider in Singapore seeks an Office Assistant to handle incoming phone calls, attend to students’ minor injuries, and assist parents and visitors. ▪ Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
▪ Service Not Required On:
The Office Assistant shall be responsible for the following duties:
▢ Answer incoming phone calls when other lines are engaged
▢ Attend to students’ minor injuries (e.g. applying cold packs or plasters)
▢ Attend to walk-in parents, visitors, and contractors and redirect them to relevant staff
▢ Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Administration Manager or School Leaders
The deployed personnel must meet the following minimum requirements:
▢ Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent
▢ At least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant / Receptionist
– Experience must be within a Primary School General Office front counter
– Experience period: 2021 to 2025
▢ Positive attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition
▢ Good communication and interpersonal skills
▢ Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
