Job summary

PwC South East Asia Consulting is seeking bright and enthusiastic interns from January to June 2027 (Off-cycle internship). As an intern you will be exposed to market-leading People & Organisation Consulting business and help clients realise the potential of their people.

You will gain hands-on experience in HR transformation, change management and workforce strategy, supported by a collaborative team and opportunities towards leadership development.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year student in Psychology, Business, Economics, or HR from local universities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Transformation initiatives with process improvement and systems implementation.
• Assist Change Management, Culture and Leadership improvements.
• Contribute to Workforce Strategy and Talent initiatives.
• Provide research, analysis, and coordination to support engagements.
