Job summary

PwC Singapore is offering an off-cycle internship from January to June 2027 in Strategy and Operations. You will support analysis, research, and the preparation of deliverables while gaining exposure to digital transformation, operations, customer experience, and transformation projects.

You will work with project teams, assist in proposals and thought leadership, and build foundational consulting skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About Our Team

Our Strategy and Operations practice supports a broad spectrum of clients’ digital transformation needs, helping organisations navigate and implement change across their most critical business areas. Our capabilities span business modelling, process design and improvement, change management, project management, operating model design, go-to-market strategy, front-to-back digitisation, and IT systems assessment and implementation.

We work alongside clients to strategise, design, and implement key initiatives across a diverse range of areas, including Strategy and Business Model Design, Customer Experience across Sales, Service and Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations, Procurement, International Development, and Sustainability. Our approach is focused on delivering practical, impactful solutions that drive measurable outcomes across the organisation.

About The Role

As part of the Strategy and Operations practice, you will support initiatives that help organisations navigate digital transformation and drive change across key areas of their business.

In this role, you will work alongside project teams to support analysis, research, and the preparation of deliverables, while also contributing to business development and thought leadership activities. You will gain exposure to a broad range of topics including business model design, operations, customer experience, and transformation projects, building a strong foundation in consulting within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individuals who take initiative and bring a results-oriented, self-starter mindset.
• Strong team players who are resourceful, able to think innovatively, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
