Job summary

IBF, The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore, is seeking a skilled HR leader to drive Organisational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Learning strategies. You will strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance workforce capability, and shape a positive employee experience within IBF's HR & Corporate Services function.

You will design and implement frameworks for talent development, lead engagement initiatives, and curate impactful learning programmes to meet IBF's

Qualifications

Min 3 years of HR experience with exposure to Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or Learning & Development.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Comfortable with facilitation, presentation and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead OD initiatives including organisation design and workforce planning.
Develop and drive talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership pipeline.
Drive end-to-end employee engagement surveys and synthesize results into actionable insights.
Design and oversee organisation-wide training and learning plans aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to curate relevant learning programmes.
