Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to conduct comprehensive assessments on admissions, during care reviews, and at discharge, tailoring plans to each client's needs in Singapore.

You will design evidence-based interventions, document outcomes, recommend assistive devices, contribute to care team discussions, and mentor Therapy Assistants to maintain high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting comprehensive occupational assessments across care settings.
• Ability to design and implement evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Strong documentation skills for assessment results, plans, and outcomes.
• Provide guidance to Therapy Assistants and participate in case discussions.
• Recommend assistive devices to enhance mobility and function.
